Questionnaire Survey and Analysis
We used Google forms to conduct the survey and collected a total of 27 responses from Taiwanese of different ages. The main contents of the survey were Taiwan people's understanding of traditional rehabilitation and their views on Chinese medicine. We learned more about people's views on Chinese traditional medicine from the responses. Here's our analysis:
In the first part of the questionnaire, we asked people whether they had tried traditional rehabilitation. In all, up to 60 percent have tried it, and a small number are regularly receiving treatment. Most visits were due to muscle aches, injuries, hunched backs, and long and short feet. The results of the treatment were also very good, and most of them said they would be willing to receive the treatment again if needed.

The second part investigates people's habit of seeing doctors and their views on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TMC). The result showed that 47% of the people would choose TMC, while 52% of the people would choose Western medicine, indicating that Western medicine still prefers the habits of the public. However, the questionnaire also pointed out that the public would be exposed to TCM for nurses and recuperate, acupuncture, grow tall, and maintain the beauty and keep young. In the face of the gradual decline of TCM, people believe that the main reasons are the younger generation does not pass on, the health insurance is not guaranteed, and the people's distrust.

Finally, we can see all kinds of subjective ideas about TCM from the public's comments. Many people have mentioned that both Western medicine and Chinese medicine are indispensable. Western medicine is mainly for the rapid elimination of pain, while Chinese medicine is for the gradual rehabilitation of patients. The benefits of both are irreplaceable by each other. Just because traditional Chinese medicine can't be confirmed on the point of view of science, so in the face of a lot of doubt and distrust, also mostly not to pay on modern health care, people who want to accept the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients. In addition, to bear heavy medical expenses and is no guarantee of medical risks, many patients are undeterred and to seek the assistance of western medicine. In spite of this, there are many comments from the public asking the society to work together to preserve TCM, whether it be medical insurance subsidies, promotion of TCM education, or a more active understanding of the essence of Chinese medicine. It is hoped that TCM can develop sustainably, which is not only representative of Chinese culture, but also the inheritance of our ancestors.
